Rec age groups are updated for each fall season and remain the same for the following spring season. They are based on calendar birth years.

Players are not allowed to "play down" to a younger age group. In general, requests to "play up" to an older age group will not be approved unless there is some exceptional reason.

Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Age Groups

U06 — 2019 birthdays

U07 — 2018 birthdays

U08 — 2017 birthdays

U10 — 2015 and 2016 birthdays

U12 — 2013 and 2014 birthdays

U14 — 2011 and 2012 birthdays

U18 — 2010 through 2006 birthdays (cannot be above 18 and must be in school—no graduates)
