The St. Mary's Soccer Travel program seeks to hire dedicated and experienced coaches to develop players for the 2025 - 2026 seasonal year! Professional coaches compensation packages start at $6-10K per year dependent on qualifications, with significant seasonal bonuses and growth potential for additional experience and licensures. 

SMS travel coaches are expected to train twice weekly with league play in the fall, winter, and spring. A minimum of four tournaments is expected per team. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience
• USSF licensure (reimbursement available for pursuing additional licensure)
• Competitive playing experience
